SHIPPING POLICY

MyIsraelBooks.com ships all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your order. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified on your order. We use the UPS Ground shipping chart and your shipping charges are calculated prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for travel delays once the package has been shipped, however we will do our best to insure the fastest possible means of shipping.

RETURN POLICY

No merchandise may be returned without written authorization of MyIsraelBooks.com. We must be contacted within 30 days of your original invoice date, stating the reason for return. We will then contact you, and you will be given a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, shipped prepaid and insured to our warehouse. All non defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your product is defective, you may return it for an immediate replacement subject to manufacturer or publisher restrictions. Stickers, posters, cassettes and CD's are not returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes from the time that your order was placed.

Tax

MyIsraelBooks.com shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
